dh-make-drupal software package provides Create Debian packages from Drupal modules and themes, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dh-make-drupal
dh-make-drupal is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dh-make-drupal package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dh-make-drupal *
You will get with dh-make-drupal package name, version, architecture and description in a table
